Shooting suspects should be considered armed and dangerous
They say one of the men, and the 25-year-old victim, got into an argument on Colborne Street at around 2:15 a.m. Friday.

The pursuit ended when the Mercedes intentionally struck one of the police cruisers, as it posed a risk to public safety.

One of them has been identified as Andrew Steven Kreko. Hes described as 30-years-old, white, 511 and 225 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes.

The second suspect is an Asian man, between 25 and 30-years-old. Hes described as having a medium build and long black hair that is short on the sides. He was wearing all black clothing and a black leather jacket.

"If they are observed, do not approach them," says Const. Shane Seibert. "Contact 911 immediately."

One of the suspects has been identified as Andrew Steven Kreko. Police say both men were last seen driving eastbound on Highway 403.

Brantford police are searching for two male suspects after an early-morning shooting Friday near Colborne and Bain streets.

Police said the two suspects are considered armed and dangerous and shouldn’t be approached. Anyone who sees the suspects should immediately call 911.

A third man got involved in the dispute and shot a 25-year-old man, who was treated at the scene and then was taken to Brantford General Hospital.

Officers located a four-door grey or silver Mercedes carrying the suspects but called off a pursuit when the vehicle hit a police cruiser.

Police arrested two men – one from Brampton and the other from Mississauga – and are looking for a third male suspect.

On Monday night, police were called to a Sarah Street home after three men broke in and assaulted one of four people in the home. The victim received minor injuries and was treated at the scene by paramedics.

Shots were fired by the suspects as they fled the area. Police subsequently found a handgun and a replica handgun.

On Tuesday night, police charged three young men with numerous offences following a home invasion on Colborne Street. Police were called at about 6:30 p.m. after three people broke into a home and threatened three occupants. One suspect claimed to be armed but no firearm was seen, police said.
