Vladimir Tarasenko scored twice for the Blues with Colton Parayko and Chris Butler joining the scoring column. Ryan OReilly had three assists and Jake Allen gave up all five goals for St. Louis.
The explosive offense of the Blackhawks saw Jonathan Toews score three times including the overtime winner while Patrick Kane and Marcus Kruger also lit the lamp. Nick Schmaltz and Alex Debrincat logged two assists each for Chicago with Cam Ward recording 26 stops to get the win.
