Calgary police are asking for help finding a man who has been missing from his Brentwood home since yesterday afternoon.

Lhabib Dabari has been missing from his home since about noon on Saturday. Police say they are concerned for Dabari’s welfare because he has a medical condition that requires regular treatment.

Dabari is described as being in his late 50s, six-foot tall, with a medium build, black hair, brown eyes and a black moustache. He was wearing a black winter coat, blue sweat pants, black shoes and a grey hat. He has mobility issues and walks with a brown cane.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Calgary Police Service non-emergency line at 403-266-1234.

Concern for him were raised after he left his home in Brentwood on Saturday and didn’t return as planned.

A citizen spotted the man walking along Memorial Drive, near 3 Street NW and called police, who then found him unharmed.
