Gas and diesel prices down this week across the province

The provincial regulator used its weekly adjustment to lower the minimum price for regular self serve by 4.9 cents to 109.1

Diesel prices are also down Friday morning with the price for fuel retreating by an even 2 cents to 127.1.

Oil was selling at $57.02 US per barrel, just over $3 less than Thursday's closing price of $60.48.

Gas prices in Nova Scotia dropped by 4.9 cents a litre after the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board’s weekly price adjustment overnight.

.The minimum price for regular self-serve gas is now set at 109.1 cents a litre in the Halifax area, down from last week's minimum of 114.0.
