An arrest in an Etobicoke stabbing has been made two days after investigators released an image of a 23-year-old suspect.

A suspect identified as Tamar Gayle, of Toronto, has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, two counts of failing to comply with probation and one count of failing to comply with recognizance.

At around 3 a.m. on Oct. 28, emergency crews were called Konrad Lounge, located in the area of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Islington Avenue, for reports of two men involved in a physical altercation.

Toronto police say a man suffered numerous stab wounds after a fight broke out between two men at Konrad Lounge on Lake Shore Boulevard West on Oct. 28.

One of the two men was stabbed numerous times, according to police. He was taken from the scene to hospital to be treated for his injuries, but his current condition is not known.

On Monday, police said Tamar Gayle, of Toronto, has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, two counts of failing to comply with probation and failing to comply recognizance.

A 23-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing at a west-end Toronto bar last month.

Police said they were called the Konrad Lounge near Islington Avenue and Lake Shore Boulevard around 3 a.m., on Oct. 28, for reports of a stabbing.

The accused was arrested on Monday and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, two counts of failing to comply with probation and failing to comply with a recognizance order.
