Man faces 14 charges after failing to stop, fleeing police
Driver faces numerous charges after failing to stop for police
NEWS RELEASE GUELPH POLICE SERVICE ************************** At approximately 4:40 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2018, officers patrolling Kathleen Street observed a blue 2003 Dodge Neon driving erratically. It is alleged that the driver accelerated through a number of stop signs at a dangerous speed. The area has a number of parks and schools and for the protection of the public, the vehicle was not pursued.

At approximately 3:15 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2018, Guelph Police located the driver and vehicle. Christopher Hulan, a 41-year-old Guelph male will appear in bail court today charged with dangerous driving, drive disqualified x2, flight from police, breach probation and nine charges under the Highway Traffic Act.

Members of the Guelph Police Service said they observed a vehicle was seen being driven erratically.

On Nov. 22, at approximately 4:40 p.m., officers patrolling Kathleen Street observed a blue 2003 Dodge Neon driving erratically.

Police said they did not pursue the vehicle due to the number of parks and schools in the area, and for the protection of the public.

Christopher Hulan of Guelph was charged with dangerous driving, flight from police and breach of probation, among other things.
