Adam Jeffrey Strong, 45, who lived in the basement apartment at the house, was arrested at the scene, police said. He is charged with improper/indecent interference with a dead body. Initially, police said the death was deemed suspicious pending a post mortem examination. But with Hache now identified as the victim, it’s not clear whether there will be further charges.

Tudos said investigators extended a search warrant, allowing them to search the house for an additional 30 days. “Speaking with investigators, it appears that there’s a lot of things to go trough,” he said. “So our forensics team will be there for at least a couple weeks.”
