Good morning, Ottawa!

Good morning, Ottawa!
Metro Detroit Forecast: Snow and rain this morning
It is a priority for CBC to create a website that is accessible to all Canadians including people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive challenges.

FRIDAY:  Spotty rain showers possible this afternoon. Then more light snow showers are possible overnight. Highs today will be in the upper 30s.

EXTENDED:  After the coldest morning of the season, highs rise into the upper 30s, with wind chill values staying in the 20s in the afternoon. Well have sunshine all day long, but it won't help out much. Some clouds will move in Sunday and it looks warmer, with highs in the mid 40s. We are keeping an eye on the potential for snow Sunday night into Monday, but until there is more agreement on forecast models, confidence is low. Another surge of cold air moves in Monday, dropping our high temperatures back into the upper 30s Monday and only in the lower 30s Tuesday. Watch ABC 17 News for the latest on our changing weather and check back here for updates.

Coldest air of the season arrives tonight

TONIGHT: Cold and windy with gusts increasing to over 25 mph. Light snow showers possible through Saturday morning. Less than an inch of snow is expected.

Its here…for some! Cold rain and snow mix, especially to the southwest part of our area

SATURDAY: Snow showers are possible in the morning and maybe flurries with some sun in the afternoon. Breezy and cold.  Highs only in the mid 30s. Wind chills in the 20s!

TONIGHT: Skies clear out for tonight bringing bitterly cold temperatures to the area. By Saturday morning lows will be in the teens, which could break the record low of 18 from 1926. With winds out of the northwest up to 8 mph wind chill drops into the single digits early Saturday morning.
