Police say the cards were in a wallet stolen from a car parked in a Burnham St. parking lot between 11 p.m. Saturday and 12:45 p.m. Sunday. The cards were then used at a convenience store and a suspect was identified. Police found him Wednesday, walking near George and Charlotte streets. Carl James Hubbell, 47, of Murray Street, was arrested and charged with fraud under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order. He was released and will appear in court Oct. 26.
