RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Police in Richmond are searching for a suspect after two people were shot on the city's east end Friday morning.

Officers were called to the reported shooting shortly after 9 a.m. in the 1200 block of Admiral Gravely Boulevard.

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) – The Richmond Police Department is requesting the publics assistance in locating Abraham L. Jones, who was last seen Wednesday.

When they arrived, they found an adult male and an adult female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The female was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to place. The man's injuries were described as non-life threatening. 

Jones was last seen wearing brown trousers, a dark blue shirt and black work boots. He is approximately 5′3″ tall and 150 pounds.
