Richmond elderly crash victim dies in hospital after striking hydro pole
A 83-year-old man has died from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle accident on Tuesday afternoon in Richmond.

Richmond RCMP say the man was the only occupant of a Cadillac sedan that struck a hydro pole around 2 p.m. in the area of No. 4 Road and Tomicki Avenue.

The RCMP’s criminal collision investigation team is seeking the public’s help in the investigation.

Anyone with information about the accident or anyone who may have dashcam footage is asked to contact Const. Gurch Bharaj at 604-278-1212 and quote file #2019-38075.
