A man is dead and a woman has life-threatening injuries after a collision involving a car and a bus in Mississauga early Friday morning.

Shortly after midnight, Peel Region police responded to a serious crash in the area of Tomken Rd. and Bloor St. The driver, a 70-year-old man, died at the scene. His passenger, a 61-year-old woman, was transported to hospital.

The Major Collision Bureau is investigating the scene. Bloor St. is closed between Tomken Rd. and Anneliese Ave.

Yes we won’t know when the day comes but we do know that we need to live right each day because when that day comes, our lives should have made a difference.
